Beds were not very comfortable.

Is a new - modern hotel with very nice rooms. The price was reeasonable and the breakfast very good.

The hotel is very far from the city center (about 20-30 min with bus) and not as discrabe on the web and not easy to find it.

Had a great time at Joivy! The pool is a cute spot for relaxation after exploring. The breakfast options were good. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could be better. A lovely stay!

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel.. The first time I came for business, and I've enjoyed it so much I decided to come back with all my family! First thing to say is that the staff is really great, they helped me to reserve museums and city tours, and gave me some excellent tips to visit Florence. People there is incredibely friendly, I've spent much time speaking with receptionist and bartenders, and they have been very nice with my wife and kid too! They also provided to find us a babysitter, so me and my wife we had a wonderful time in the spa: massages, sauna, jacuzzi... Very relaxing!! We laso had a wonderful tuscan dinner at the restaurant ("Pappardelle" pasta was awsome!).. I'll come back as soon as possible!!

Renting a bicycle is a great way to explore the area and visit central Florence more conveniently.

My stay in this hotel was awsome!! I work in tuscany and I had 2 days free so I decided to visit Florence, and to have some relax too.. The hotel is brand new, and the design is very modern and "warm". In the morning I left the car in the parking (free) and I went to the city centre with public bus (15 min, ticket is 1.20€). For the afternoon I choose to relax myself in the Spa: I had a massage, Finnish sauna, and a long bath in the warmed pool with Jacuzzi. Than I had a marvellous dinner in the hotel's restaurant, with all typic tuscan dishes (overall the famous Florentine Steak!), and I finished the day drinking a wine glass between the olive trees of the garden! I had a good sleep in a spacious room, the breakfast was perfect, and the check out was at 12.00 am so I had all the morning to spend in the Spa again! All the staff was very kind and friendly, and I hope to come back soon with all my family!

Nice enough hotel although interior reminded me of a moon base. Breakfast was good and staff helpful and spoke good English.

The hotel is far from the city centre but there is a bus line very near. The bus, however, means a noisy 30-minute ride to the center. The interior of the hotel aspires to be cutting edge Italian design but is rather uncomfortably sterile instead. The room was ok, though.

Recommend for a short-term stay

Modern hotel, comfortable room with air conditioning, and quality amenities like a fitness center that helped enhance my relaxation after a day of exploring the city.

location: the hotel was adjacent to city center as well as the duomo and main station. i ate in the traditional restaurant nearby. the staff were pretty friendly and amazingly kind, good services.

Room was very clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast in a small garden really nice.

Shower cubicle was really small, but otherwise bathroom was very modern, clean and lovely.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was quite good too. I liked that one could choose to park the car in a free parking.

We spent two nights in the hotel Together Inn Florence. Very clean, quite and comfortable, from the point of view of its location-easy to go either in the center of Florence,and to go shopping- to outlets of Prada, Gucci, Burberry etc.Very friendly staff, always ready to help. We were very much surprised by the Pillow Menu, that is you have the possibility to choose the type of pillow you prefer to sleep on.Highly recommended to visit. Very reasonable price, a good alternative to the hotels in the city-center- old, dusted, crusted etc.And without parking!Here you can leave your car without any hesitation!Just in front of the hotel!
